Cancellation and Replacement Policy

Flexible: The tenant is entitled to a full refund, less Carvanc service fee, for all cancellations that take place at least thirty (30) days prior to the start date of the rent.
If the tenant cancels within the 30 (30) days immediately prior to the rent start date, the tenant is only entitled to a refund of fifty percent (50%) of all funds paid, less the Carvanc service fee.

Standard: The tenant is entitled to a full refund, less Carvanc service fee, for all cancellations that take place at least thirty (30) days prior to the start date of the rent. If the tenant cancels between twenty-nine (29) and fourteen (14) days prior to the date of commencement of the rent, the tenant is only entitled to a refund of fifty percent (50%) of all the money paid, less the Carvanc service fee. If the cancellation takes place within fourteen (14) days immediately prior to the start date of the rent, the booking is not refundable.

Strict: The tenant is entitled to a full refund, less Carvanc service fee, for all cancellations that take place at least thirty (30) days prior to the start date of the rent. If the cancellation takes place within a period of thirty (30) days immediately prior to the date of commencement of the rent, the booking is not refundable.
