Cancellation & Refund Policy

1) Caravan rental and campsite bookings

Cancellation 72 hours or more before the booking start time: full refund.
Cancellation between 72 and 24 hours before the start time: 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the start time, or no-show: no refund.
If Caravanek cancels the booking or cannot deliver the caravan for reasons on its side: full refund, or the booking is moved to another date at the customer's choice.
A booking may be rescheduled once free of charge if requested at least 72 hours before the start time, subject to availability.
No refund is given for unused days if a rental is ended early.

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Defective items, or items not matching their description, are replaced or fully refunded, and Caravanek covers the shipping cost.
In all other cases the customer pays the return shipping cost.
Installed parts and custom-made or special-order items cannot be returned.

A caravan reservation payment made before the sale contract is signed is fully refundable on cancellation.
After the sale contract is signed and the caravan is handed over, the sale contract terms and any manufacturer warranty apply.

Submit cancellation and refund requests from your account on the platform or by email to info@caravanek.com, quoting the booking or order number.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. The time for the amount to appear may vary by card-issuing bank.
