Acceptance of Terms
- By using the Caravanek platform, you agree to all terms and conditions stated here
- If you do not agree to any of these terms, please stop using the platform
- Caravanek reserves the right to modify terms at any time with user notification
Booking & Payment
- All bookings are made exclusively through the platform at caravanek.com
- Payment is processed electronically through the secure payment gateway
- A booking is only confirmed after payment confirmation is received
- Caravanek is not responsible for any transactions made outside the platform
Cancellation & Refund Policy
This is a summary of sections 7 and 8 of the official Terms & Conditions. If they differ, the official terms prevail.
Times are counted to the pick-up or check-in time: 12:00 Riyadh time on the start date, or the time agreed with the partner for your booking.
Free grace period: if the pick-up is more than 7 days after payment, you can cancel free of charge within 48 hours of payment and get a full refund, service fee included. This right cannot be waived.
After the grace period, the refund applies to the base rental fee only. The service fee is not refunded.

Peak seasons (Eid, July–August, and peak seasons announced on the platform for the listing's region) use this table instead. Peak dates are announced on the platform at least 60 days ahead.

The refundable security deposit is not subject to these percentages.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days for rental fees, 72 hours after the return (after inspection) for the security deposit, and 5 business days for delivery fees refunded on an early cancellation. You receive an e-mail and WhatsApp notification when a refund is processed.
Early returns (section 7-3), force majeure (section 7-5) and caravan sales (section 8) are covered in the official terms.
You can return parts and accessories bought on Caravanek within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Caravanek checks the item's condition when it is returned.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Law if the product is defective or not as described.

User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and booking
- Use the caravan responsibly and maintain it during the rental period
- Return the caravan on time and in the same condition as received
- Report any breakdown or damage immediately during the rental period
- Do not allow unauthorized persons to use the caravan
Damage & Liability
- The renter is responsible for any damage resulting from negligence or misuse
- The caravan's condition is documented with photos at pickup and return
- Repair costs due to negligence will be deducted from the deposit or charged to the renter
- Caravanek is not responsible for the renter's personal belongings inside the caravan
Privacy & Data Protection
- Caravanek is committed to protecting user data in accordance with Saudi data protection regulations
- Personal data is not shared with third parties without user consent
- The platform uses cookies to enhance user experience
Conflict Resolution
- Complaints submitted via platform or @Caravanek_Support
- Caravanek commits to respond within 48 hours
- Unresolved disputes are settled in accordance with applicable Saudi regulations
